  • We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secour Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I enjoyed my stay. There was a parking space for us as guests and alt parking. The apt was cozy and the host left extra bedding which I really enjoyed thought was great because I love aCessna extra blankets! The neighborhood overall was quiet and the location was close to downtown. The only downside was a used washcloth hanging on the shower and the bathroom sink had a slow drain. Would stay again.
