This beautiful 4 Bedroom 1.5 Bath apartment, Is super cozy! Its located 10 minutes from Richmond airport and a couple of miles from a ton of the downtown bars and restaurants. There is also plenty of parks with in walking distance. Although you will have the entire place to your self. This place is part of a three unit property. And other people live in the other units as well. Fast wifi and TVs in every room are included!

Great Location and Lots of Room

Charming two floor with plenty of rooms. Awesome walking distance to great restaurants (I recommend Sub Rosa and Alewife). Check in was super easy with detailed information. The property manager, Dillon, communicated well and very easygoing. It was overall a great stay for me and my family.

Good...but...

Good...but had trouble getting the check in information. I sent emails prior to arrival and made calls (to voicemail). Was standing on the porch at 9:30pm without the code. And just before we left to find a hotel I got the call back from the apologetic property manager. Otherwise, the home was fine. Looks like a fixer upper in spots, but was clean. This was a 3 day stay in town for business so it was a cheaper alternative for my associates and me than a local hotel.

Comfortable and roomy

More than enough room. House is old and kind of cool. Not the fanciest place but everything worked and was super comfortable. I’d rent it again if I came back to Richmond.
