Perfect house for Miami OH graduation weekend
This home is in a cute quiet neighborhood and was perfectly appointed. While we didn’t have a chance to use the backyard fire pit area we sure wanted to. We appreciated the coffee and basket of snacks provided. This was the perfect place for us and only 35 minutes from Oxford.

We arrived a tad early, but was able to get in after a couple of tries with the smart lock. House is beautiful! Neighborhood so quiet. We used the house as our base as we explored the area, even going as far a Dayton OH to the Air Force museum. Had a great time!

We traveled to Richmond for a guys weekend for a benefit dart tournament. We did not spend a lot of time at the house but the time we did spend there was very enjoyable. Plenty of room and a nice neighborhood.

Perfect spot in Richmond!
This was a great place for my husband and I and our adult children to stay for the weekend. Location was close to restaurants. I only wish the weather had been nicer so we could have taken advantage of the great back yard.

This property truly delivered on all we needed it to. The house was spacious to fit our 9 guests. It provided a great colonial look and feel with all the most important updated features. Such updated features included a great 5 burner gas 2 oven stove and dishwasher. The kitchen was so nice and spacious the pots pans and dishes were all in great shape. I felt more than at home in the kitchen. The fact that there were so many items already in the kitchen was pretty awesome. The showers had great water pressure. The furniture bedding and decor were just great as well and was just so warm and inviting. Unfortunately it was raining on and off whole time so we didn't get to utilize the outdoor grill or firepit that was stocked for us with wood lighter and kindling.

Indiana getaway
The house was just gorgeous. Extremely roomy for 6 adults and great for us to go outside and sit on the back patio or in the kitchen around the table for breakfast. We would recommend this place to anyone. We chose to go antique shopping for the weekend and hit a few local things to do. It was a fantastic time with family!

Beautiful house in nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for sleeping ( 4 large bed rooms) and areas for visiting and relaxing with family. Truly felt like a home away from home. A nice touch to find a basket full of goodies and a Keurig coffee maker with nice supply and variety of coffee. The hosts were very accommodating to our requests even letting us check out later than the official check out time. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Cozy home away from home
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here; it was comfy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful but still close enough to Walmart, Starbucks and shopping. We arrived from our drive early and the owner quickly responded and kindly agreed to let us check-in early. When we walked in the house we were greeted with a snack basket and a Keurig with k-cups, which was a really nice touch. The furniture and decor are welcoming and comfy, the beds and linens soft and cushy. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Thank you for your hospitality and hosting a wonderful stay for our family.
