Property has fouled odor with broken mirror, broken tiles, dirty sink. I checked out right away and did not stay in this place. Please remove this establishment from your list.

Management is weird they walked in while I was taking a shower after saying i’m in the shower just to get me to book for another night. They’re money hungry the room was dirty and smelled like smoke when I asked for non smoking DO NOT STAY HERE!

Other than the fact you could tell someone LIVED in my room, I.E princess stickers all over the dressers, the lampshades and walls were disgustingly dirty, there were burn holes on the sheets and blankets from cigarettes, and there were multiple roaches found.

It was decent if you're by yourself, I got there and the guy upfront was a kind fellow, gave me my room key and I was off, first glance at the room it seemed iffy, it was a bit vandalized, but clean, the bed was clean, the shower was clean, except the towels they were not cleaned and somewhat not washed from Im assuming the previous user of the rooms stay which was kinda nasty, but I brough my own but still hella nasty, I slept well and what not, I would get it if I really needed it, otherwise you get what you pay for in all honesty

Never again!!
Reservation was for a non-smoking room, but as soon as I walked in, I could tell that somebody had been smoking in there. There were stains all on the furniture, the bedspread had cigarette holes in it, light was out in the bathroom, wallpaper was peeling, and there were water stains along the baseboard in the bathroom.

Don't Stay. We booked a room based on the website-Expedia. Photos must have been years old when the hotel first opened. Room looked nothing like the photos. The first room we walked into had a busted safety lock. Second also had a busted safety lock. The third room was the best, but it also had a safety locked that looked like it was torn out of the doorframe. Fixtures in the room had been pulled out of the wall. In some places new fixtures were put in, but no effort to paint to make them look matched with the room. Fixtures near the bathroom had been pulled out of the wall and not replaced- just three gaping holes where they used to be. Worst part was that when I went into the restroom and closed the door, I noticed that feces had been smeared across the back of the door and never cleaned. Worst stay I have ever had!

The room smelled musty and/or moldy. I would not be able to stay in that room. The website said breakfast. but there was none.

We stayed here twice. Once when we came to pick up our soldier and once to return our soldier. Check-In was easy, room was affordable, and check-out was quick.

Okay for the price
It's comfortable for the price, but i believe the facilities inside room can be improved and ensure compliance for non smoke rooms.. also, it would be better the checkout time to be extended by an hour.

The room really needs many repairs, it was a place to sleep and shower, but that is about it. The Wi-Fi was unsecure, so we could not use it, the ice machine was pretty far away on the 2nd floor, the whole place smelled like it had been smoked in. The tv worked well and the air conditioner did as well.

Unprofessional, doesnt honor Reservations or membership, ghetto, dirty, meldew on walls, There was not much to like about this location at all. I would not suggest it to anyone. Despite the fact that I was not satisfied, a refund was not even offered or able to be obtained. I wouldn't stay again!

Stay away from this place, horrible location and rooms a filthy! The lock on the door was broken and the tv wasn’t working properly, roaches in the bathroom. Police constantly coming during the night. We drove from Florida to see my son at the military base, we reserved 2 nights and canceled the second night and they refused to give us a refund.

Everything in the hotel room was filthy and smelly. Dirty sink and bathroom. Lights in the bathroom and over the sink took several flipping on and off to get them to work. We found a cockroach in the bathroom at night. One of the towels was completely worn out and had a large ripped out hole. All together a disgusting experience.
