"I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well."

up the street a couple of blocks but police came onto the street this apt. was on down the street the morning after I arrived there... Yard of this property was an absolute MESS! Used cigarette butts all over, weeds, broken fencing stacked up, some broken wooden box on the front porch and broken garbage cans outside - I was shocked when I got out of my car upon my arrival! Nice, comfortable couch...

"Top two floors of a three storey character house 40 minute drive to San Francisco. Beautiful updates and lots of space. Centre of Point Richmond is charming but surrounded by industrial factories. There is a small beach nearby and also you can take a 35 minute ferry into the Embarcadero."
