Great location

My family came to visit my son and attend the Riverrock Festival. The house was a perfect location for everything. We could easily walk to the festival and it was close to downtown. The backyard was great for our dog, too. We really enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. This location was convenient. We even enjoyed a morning walk to the river. The place was clean and the backyard was nice to have since we had our dog with us.

Great location and plenty of space

We were attending events in downtown Richmond and this was a great location. Plenty of room to work and hang out. Good coffee shop two blocks away. Owner is very responsive.

Great time!

My whole family loved our stay here. The house was perfect for family of four and our dog. My husband and I were able to walk the dog to get coffee and to a local brewery. The whole family was able to take a beautiful walk to the James river. Everything was perfect and we hope to come back again.

Excellent VRBO and very accommodating owners

We made some small requests, and the hosts responded immediately. It is a very well kept up property and easy to stay in. And everything 1 needs is there, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. It is a very well furnished two bedroom, two bath VRBO.

Great value for price, beautiful decor and wonderful location

My exact words to the owner: Hello! We had a fantastic stay! We absolutely loved the location and thought the place was very well decorated. I appreciate that the owners didn't just go for the cheapest of everything. I noticed this in everything from the rug to the coffee maker. Investing in quality pieces, not just the cheapest thing that looks ok goes a long way and communicates a genuine care for guests. We liked the aesthetic, as well. The place was absolutely perfect for our purposes and we had a fantastic time!

As Described

Just back from a stay at this property and it was just as described. I would stay there again without hesitation. I would recommend a good cleaning in the living room - dry cleaning the couch as well as rug, which is why I rated cleanliness with 3 stars. I had a little trouble with the check in, but the owner was available as needed. Not sure if this is VRBO or the owner, but I would urge a check out time of no later than noon. If it had been, I would not have to have left dishes in the sink!

Perfect In Every Way!

This house is a true gem. Everything was inviting, clean, updated, cozy, prepared, modern, sublime! The hosts were INCREDIBLY helpful, kind, welcoming and connected. 2 couples in town for a family wedding and the two primary bedrooms with their own full baths was perfect for us. The furniture and beds, sheets and towels, tech and homey couch throws were just cherries on the top. Additionally, the home was really close to the cool downtown food and fun scene and by all means please don’t miss breakfast at Pearly’s!

Cozy House and Wonderful Hosts

The house was great. It worked well for my husband, my daughter, my baby grandson, and me. The kitchen was well equipped and came with coffee. Parking was on the street but we had no problem with getting spaces close to the house. The fenced-in yard worked well as we were traveling with our dogs. Christian ensured that everything was OK. He was helpful with an early check-in, stopped by to bring more coffee, and messaged us to be sure that there were no issues or concerns. I would highly recommend this house for a brief visit or a longer term stay.

First visit to Richmond

The place was really cute and comfortable enough. I’m not sure if the details had mentioned pets were allowed or not but I will make sure to look for that next time. We enjoyed our time there but the only thing was all the furniture and carpet rugs were covered with pet hair. There was hardly any place I could sit without getting pet hair all over my clothes. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The perfect, pet-friendly stay to visit Richmond!

We needed a place between NYC and Durham, NC to meet up with some family for a quick visit. This condo is very cozy, simply decorated, very comfortable and extremely clean. Very well appointed kitchen and 2 full bathrooms! Beds were very comfortable. The yard is a shared yard with 2 other units but very large. Our pup enjoyed exploring (with supervision). The chairs in the sitting area and the couch were very comfortable for our chats and TV watching. Street parking available right in front of the unit, which was very convenient. Easy smart lock to get in/out of the unit. The best part, the check out procedure is just to walk away!!! They take care of ALL of the cleaning!! The owners are very responsive via the chat function in the app. I highly recommend!!

Richmond history stay

We stayed here for 9 days in September. This place had everything we needed to explore all the history in the area and come home and relax. It has off street parking but we ended up parking in front as that was a little easier. The beds were wonderful. We slept great. There were two bathrooms which is nice even for just two people. We didn't do a lot of cooking but when we did, everything we needed was there. Everything was provided: laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. We've always brought those things along in the past so it was nice to have them all provided and enough for the stay. We used the washer and dryer several times. We only ate in the area the last night at a bar/grill called Ironclad Pizza Grill. They have great pizza. The hosts were fantastic to work with. I needed a straight-back chair for some medical issues I have and they had two very nice ones waiting for us when we arrived.
