Right across the street from kings dominion. It’s an “ okay” hotel. It’s decent and clean, service is good. The pullout bed was super uncomfortable, the pool only allows 8 people in it at a time & it didn’t seem very well up kept, the breakfast was okay.

The key/lock to our room did not work during the entire stay and apparently there was no maintenance staff to fix it. However the hotel receptionists were all helpful in making sure we got in and out. The pool area is extremely abandoned and uncared for.

My room that I was reserved was dirty and molded with black mold growing from the bottom of the toilet with full grown mushrooms. When I asked for a refund they transferred me to another room which was also dirty (hair in the tub, mess all over the microwave, grease and unknown bodily fluid on the headboards) and told me they could not reimburse me and would only be able to give me $30 off my stay. It was an aweful stay and I was told reimbursement can only be done through you all. Please call to process refund.

I chose this property because it was right across the street from King's Dominion. Excellent location. Sufficient parking. On the plus side, the rooms were large and spacious with a sofa. The hot water was good for the shower etc. On the negative side - no USB ports in the room at all. You would need an outlet plug with a USB port. The microwave did not work. The hallway was lacking some base board moldings. The pool area was not good - rusty doors and high humidity. The pool area exit door provided no safety from any intruder - neither did the windows. The pool decking was peeling and unattractive. The heat and air vents had dust balls on them. Apparently, they don't routinely make up beds or clean your room unless you ask for it.

I like thus hotel the only thing i would change is the elevator because it was scary it made a lot of noises and made someone thing we would get stuck. The pool wasnt heated and not completely clean and the showers in the room would have to be repainted since it's marks on it that cant be just cleaned up. But professional staff and great parking with good breakfast.

There wasnt any pillows (they were out) & then the keys for the room didnt work. The front desk had to let us in everytime we left out the room.
