Outside of property is a bit run down but rooms have been updated and modern. Room was a bit small best suited to solo travellers. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be inconvenient as reaching the room requires going up two sets is stairs. Amenities inside the room were great.

Self service check-in and check-out, but efficient. Clean facility and room even if old crooked building. Nicely located and close to main nearby cities. Plus price point is close to perfect. Simply said: no need to pay three times as much elsewhere to get a clean bed to sleep in!

This room was like a japenese box hotel. Everything in it, bed toilet sink bath. We were evading a snow storm. Excellent for one night on the run. Effective number check in. Clean and renovated.

A bit odd, but ok

The room was compact, with only a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so there's minimal privacy if two people are in the room. However, it was very comfortable and extremely clean, fine for a short stay. The building entry code works only on the front door, not the door nearest the parking area, so a sign on the back door explaining this would be helpful. Note that the check-in kiosk is on the 2nd floor, up a flight of stairs, which would be a challenge/ limitation for anyone with mobility issues.

Check in was easy, convenient. Room was extremely small. No problem as a solo traveller with the toilet and shower in same space as bed, however I kept getting caught by the table, bed legs, etc. as the space was too small. Garbage in the room hadn’t been emptied before I arrived as well. Off the beaten track, not worth it for the trek across from Ontario to New Brunswick as there are similar prices and better places in the same price point.
