This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Previous guests have reserved the my place for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance (super close to the convention center), surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, brewery tours, restaurants and cool attractions, Parents Weekend at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…you name it!

The Space:
Peaceful studio and private entrance

Parking situation: large parking lot behind the house accessed via alleyway. There is also free street parking. Minutes from everything.

This apartment is fully furnished and cozy. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, spacious shower, Roku TV, a lot of natural lighting, high speed Wi-Fi access.

We set thermostat at 73 degrees all year round, we have also provided a fan and a heater for comfort.

Full kitchenette: includes mini fridge, sink, skillet, pot , electric stove , kettle coffee maker w/coffee and all necessary serve ware.

Enjoy the patio just outside your door

Guest Access:
This apartment is separate entrance to the main entrance of the whole house ,access to the wood gate on the left side of house ,walking through the alley to the back of the house . There are shared spaces you can enjoyed as well (front porch ,backyard ,laundry room in the basement ) .

Other Things to Note:
As for smoking, it is not allowed inside of apartment or building , but feel free to do so on the porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.
If you're traveling for business and need a regular place from which to come and go, let me know. Longer-term stays come with a discount and weekly cleaning can be added. Let me know what you are looking for and we can work out the details.

Payments will be collected by RVA Homestays using Stripe. The payment schedule is as follows:

1. The first payment of 50% of the whole amount is at the time of 14 days before check in.

2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the check in date.

3. Payments for bookings confirmed within 5 days of check in will be charged in full at time of booking.

4. A temporary authorization will be made at time of booking. This will be released 7 days after check out.
