Beware

After arriving to the area and meeting up with family I came to the property to drop off luggage to have more room in the vehicle. The place was booked for two nights and one night we had children 1 & 2 years of age. The owner of the property stated that they did not allow children. I went back into the app to see if I could see any statement that said no children allowed. The owner of the property did not even allow me to see the property nor refund me any of the money. I felt one night refund would have been reasonable. After my seven hour road trip to the area I then had to find other accommodation. My first time with Vrbo was not a very good experience.
