"The Bardo Savannah was exceptional. We have stayed in at least seven other properties and this one by far outstanding. The staff are friendly, efficient and it is obvious they are held to a high standard to work there. Our room was spacious, clean and tended to twice daily. The grounds are lovely, so many wonderful amenities and a gorgeous pool and outside covered garden area. We loved this hotel and will never stay anywhere else when visiting Savannah. Oh and the food is varied and delicious plus ammenities abound in your room. They think of everything."

"We have stayed at the Hyatt in Savannah many times and have always enjoyed our time there. We were there for St. Patrick's Day. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the morning of the parade with no wait. Service was quick and our waitress was friendly. Our room was very neat and clean. The hotel is beautiful. You can sit in the lobby and watch ships coming into the Port of Savannah or heading out to sea. We felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Front Desk Staff were not friendly, but the Cleaning Staff were excellent. Adrian was very helpful with getting us to a better room where the front desk staff just wanted to put us off! Room was great, river view was wonderful Bar was nice"

"Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. On site parking was full and the overflow parking garage wasn’t too far away. However, on our day of checkout, we were charged parking by both the hotel and the parking garage, so our parking wasn’t validated by the hotel as promised. "
