"I booked a “suite” room that was showing as available on Hotels.com and was told that there weren’t really a “suite” room and it was just an extended room with a pull out couch which was no longer available and that there was ONLY ONE of those rooms. We had five people staying and there were only 2 towels so we went to front desk to ask about getting more towels and was told that they were out and they would need to go to the store to buy some. Next, my husband ran the water for my child to bathe and the tub wasn’t draining but it was clogged and black gunk was coming up. It smelled really bad and the tub was slow draining. The resolution here was that we were offered a different room on the second floor but it smelled heavily of smoke. We just decided to shower in there and sleep in the original room that was given to us. It looked like someone was still staying there - one bed was slightly undone, toilet seat and cover were up, trash in the bin and ashes on the floor. Lastly, the toilet stopped working in the middle of the night so we had to fill up the ice bucket with water to flush the toilet. The room floor weren’t clean, there were lots of hair and crumbs. I also like to utilize the fitness facility but it was unbearable with no working air conditioning and the room smelled heavily of rubber. This was a terrible experience. If you prefer price over quality, then this is the place for you. If you want quality, RUN!"
