"It’s a basic hotel, centrally located to the main Mayo Clinic facilities. Good restaurants. "

"Staff sit a desk watching cell phone videos while customer stands there waiting. Pool and spa were closed, was not on website as being closed. Maintenance request not handled, had to switch rooms for the hotels convince. Which meant packing andnun packing again. "

"The staff was friendly, but the hotel, rooms, and grounds needed upkeep and updates. I did not get the included breakfast. I did have a dog with me and had a room on the ground floor that I assume was regularly used for those with dogs. The chair cushion was visibly stained, the grout in the shower needed to be cleaned/replaced. The hotel is in a quiet area, but convenient to Hwy 35. I would not stay again, unless it’s remodeled/revived. "

"Hot tub jets did not work. Very limited assistance, not able to receive towels for swimming. Wall in our room in bathroom had purple substance on it, did not appear to be cleaned. Not a good experience- "

"Super friendly staff. Carpet could be replaced and some maintenance on the bathroom. Super slow drain and toilet just kept running. But I would recommend and stay here again. "
