"We want to highlight one of your housekeepers who did a great job. It was Katherine who was so very kind, caring and helpful when my wife requested services. We tried to find her later to give her a tip, but I guess she was off duty, and then we had to depart. She truly exemplified what great customer service looks like. "Our goal to relax in a quiet atmosphere was met! Grocery store a block away, we thoroughly enjoyed reading in the small balcony. The lounger is like a cotton cloud. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Very modernized apartment in a charming vintage building. Very cool during a hot spell. View of Zumbota’s claim to frame covered bridge. Situated on Main Street ‘s local boutique shopping block. Close to library and walking paths in Covered Bridge Park. Really could not have asked for better. Would visit again."

"The hospitality was above and beyond. Always asking how things were as we passed workers in the halls/waiting room area. They gave us a nice patio room to smoke outside. The pool was perfect temperature and the hot tub was just to our liking. The jets felt amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Needs a little TLC on the outside but the inside doesn't show it.
