"We loved our stay at the whistling turtle! Our group of twelve of my family and friends had a great time watching movies, playing games, doing puzzles, chatting and eating. :). The kitchen is well stocked with pots and everything you need to cook. We preferred the cozy couches in the living room to the cute theatre for watching movies. We also enjoyed seeing many deer in the yard! Thanks for everything! We will book again soon for next year!"

"It's brand new and it's a perfect lake house with it's own beach and incredible view! It was walking distance to downtown Shell Lake which has food, ice cream, a grocery store. Great open concept with a huge island and dinner table. It never felt cramped. I would have loved to stay longer. We stayed for an extended weekend but will definitely be back.
