Breakfast was available earlier than advertised which I appreciated as I had to leave before it would have been offered. Good stay overall, very solid option at $75-80 per night. I liked that it was next to Kwik Trip.

Everything about our stay at Microtel Inn in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, was great! Very safe, quiet, dining options closeby. The staff were very courteous and helpful when we had questions. Will stay here again.

My stay was really good. The room was clean, neat, and peaceful, with no noise from the roadside. The best part was getting an iced tea, which I loved! The omelet was tasty too. At night, I accidentally forgot my key in the room, but the virtual kiosk handled my security well and quickly helped me get a new key. The front desk staff also took great care of me during check-in. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Not the greatest hotel experience.

Room keys didn’t work, which I didn’t find out until after the front desk was no longer staffed for the night. I had to deal with someone on a computer kiosk who I am sure was overseas. Multiple conversations were rolling on the screen while I was dealing with my problem. My key situation was resolved quickly, however I was not expecting that experience and will not stay at a hotel in the future that uses this type of technology. The room air conditioner cycled every few minutes and was very noisy making sleep difficult.

We were in town for a funeral, stayed one night. Check in was quick and the clerk was very nice. The room had two queen beds. The room was clean. My teenage daughter really liked the reading nook by the window. Lots of channels available on the TV. Pillows were comfortable. A short drive to Main Street where all the restaurants are. We aren't breakfast eaters but we did go take a look, there seemed to be a lot of options including waffles, make your own omelet, cereal, and yogurt. I'd stay here again.
