"It is very close to the airport. A taxi ride will cost 15-20 Euros. Walking is possible, although the roads do not have shoulders, so if walking and dragging luggage, it's not only cumbersome, but it can be a bit dangerous as not all drivers are paying attention and some drive too fast. They offer a lovely breakfast. The restaurant is open for dinner 7/7:30-10. Take a short walk or taxi to nearby restaurants. The train station is at the airport so it is extremely convenient to make the next jaunt of your adventure. Buy tickets online or at the onsite kiosk."

"Perched a short drive above the town, this is a wonderful retreat from the busy town with great views in all directions. While we were driving, we opeted for a taxi into and back from restaurants at night in Aosta. Our last night we made a reservation at a restaurant within easy walking distance, further uphill from the resort. Finally, the public areas are delightful, the breakfasts good and the decor incorporates so many historic rustic elements--almost museum like. We recommend it highly as we based here for several nights and enjoyed a very nice suite!"
