Nossa estadia foi boa, os funcionários muito solícitos. Melhor café da manhã que vi nos últimos anos em hotel desta categoria. Produtos extras no hotel são caros. Manutenção do hotel não estava perfeita mas atendeu o que precisávamos. A área da piscina alegrou a galera, mas precisava de mais higienização. Recomendo.

Service is no good. The reception is not friendly...but the AC works perfectly - which is necessary for the city (very hot) - the shower as well. A good place to stay, just that. The servers at breakfast were very helpful.

Estive hospedada agora em Julho. O maior problema encontrado é em relação ao barulho, de dia tem show na piscina e fica bem na janela do quarto e a noite tem uma igreja que divide o muro. Ou seja não tivemos um minuto de paz. Para descansar e passar férias não recomendo.

Boa tarde, costumo sempre estar em hotéis, pousadas e sempre sou muito bem recepcionada, não me senti aconchegada ao chegar, na verdade fui mais bem recebida pra sair do que pra entrar, e quando pedi no bar água pelo ramal, eram 20:50 e quem nos atendeu disse que teríamos que descer para pegar pois o bar fechava às 21:30, disse que na informação que recebemos eram as 22 e ele continuou dizendo que era às 21:30, sendo ainda, 20:50 no que disse mas nem 21 são e então ele resolveu vir nos entregar o quarto, quando perguntei se era para pagar na hora e com a cara sisuda me respondeu dizendo, só assina o papel, precisam ter mais reuniões com os funcionários sobre gentileza, sou do Rio de Janeiro e vim pra ver meu filho que mora na cidade e fazia aniversário, resolvemos nem comemorar por aí tamanha inospitalidade
