"The hotel was nice but the staff wasn’t responsive. The pull out need didn’t have any sheets and there were none to be found in the room. I tried calling housekeeping and front desk several times but nobody answered. Finally I went down and asked in person and the assured me they’d sent someone up. Waited for over 30 minutes and nobody ever showed. Finally we were so tired from our days adventures we just stole a sheet from the other bed."

"We liked the property. It was close to the ocean and hearing the ocean rise and fall was wonderful for sleeping and meditation. I did not like being placed on the 20th floor of the hotel. I'm aversive to heights. The room was fine and we had a partial view of the ocean. But we also had a good view of the favela bored into the mountainside behind the hotel. The favelas are unfortunate living areas of the poor and dispossessed, and this bothered me somewhat. The food was great. The restaurants took care of us nicely and the concierge was wonderful in answering all of our questions. "

"Excellent location to enjoy beautiful beaches and location. Easy check in and checkout. Clean and looked after environment. Excellent range for breakfast. Staff went far and beyond to please you. Spacious room. Such a comfortable bed!!! Highly recommended. "
