We particularly loved the choice of swimming pools: the large sea-water pool with direct access to the ocean was a highlight, while the indoor heated pool provided the perfect retreat in the evenings. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. Every meal we had at the hotel was beautifully presented and delicious, with attentive service to match. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, offering all the modern amenities while still maintaining a relaxed, island atmosphere. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed each day. "Great location in Funchal! Perfect walking distance to everything — especially convenient after a long day of hiking and sightseeing when you want to just wander for dinner. The rooftop pool was stunning, with plenty of loungers to choose from. Such a relaxing spot to unwind. They also host nightly performers, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The entertainment felt top-notch (definitely not cheesy), and I loved it! The daily breakfast buffet on the terrace was a wonderful touch — a great way to start the day. ✨ Highly recommend!"
