Views from the room were amazing. Excellent breakfast and very nice pool and spa facilities. Parking was a bit difficult to find when coming into town around 3pm (had to circle a couple times). Hotel is very close to the free natural pools!

Beautiful property in a beautiful place. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean with an amazing view. There was no parking available for hotel (it was booked up), but lots of street parking if you arrive as the natural pools start to quiet down.

Location was spot on and the breakfast excellent. Had dinner once… best in Porto Moniz my a mile. Rooftop pool was good but didn’t have a bar or any toilets up there (had to go back to room). Free access to the lava pools was a great bonus…and brilliant fun on the few days when the Atlantic was trying its best to get in😎 Minor defect…We had a broken bedside lamp which was not fixed.

Right in a middle of the town. Clean room, beautiful view, excellent buffer breakfast. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna. A very helpful and attentive staff. Very close to natural pools. I would recommend this stay to all the tourists.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful scenery and the most magical community. The half board with dinner is the best meal I’ve had in forever, highly recommend. Such a nice welcome and parting gift. The hotel and staff just truly care and are happy. Great beds. Beautiful rooms. We just loved it!
