The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the window allowed us to keep it open at night to listen to the sound of the waves. However, the town itself felt quite touristy, offering a limited variety of restaurants.

Nice view on the ocean

I really enjoyed my stay. Room was very well equipped and the balcony with it’s sea view was a nice plus. Breakfast was nice. Would come again.

We loved staying at the Aqua Natura Bay in Porto Moniz. The infinity pool has an spectacular view of the North side of the island. Rooms were clean, beds and pillow were comfy. Delicious breakfast included. The only thing I would like to point out is the parking limitation. However, they offered to pay for parking outside the hotel property. This property is right across from the aquarium and one of the natural pools. I am definitely planning to stay here next time I visit the Northwest side of Madeira.

Beautiful hotel with incredible views! The room was very clean and quiet, the hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was great and the hotel has a water dispenser in the lobby to refill your bottles for free which we found to be an incredible touch, especially on your travels. We hope to be able to return to this hotel, it was the highlight of our trip!

Paradise!

Absolutely breathtaking! Even though our balcony faced the opposite side of the better view our view was still amazing! The location was perfect and the restaurant and gift shop next door was a nice touch! The breafast included mimosa and the staff was very nice! We will be back some day!

Centrally located, modern facilities, excellent breakfast, all rooms have ocean views, friendly staff. A rental car can be booked at the hotel and is recommended to explore the island. However, bus transportation is available also. Great alternative to large hotels and a good spot to explore the Northern part of Madeira. The natural pools are great, but maybe closed in winter or during storms.

A beautiful hotel where every room has a sea view. Lots of facilities, room top infinity pool, gym, spa, hot tub - the list is long. The room was very clean and spacious with all mod cons and then some. The staff were great and the food was amazing. It is across the road from the volcano pools and a 5 minute walk from the bigger pool. A lovely place to stay and explore the beautiful island of Madeira.

Great stay

Hotel staff were really friendly and made extra special touches as we were celebrating a special occasion. Rooms are spacious and have fantastic balconies overlooking the sea. Very clean and comfortable and lovely breakfast. The only one downside is the soundproofing is not that good so you can hear other guests however this also means you can hear the ocean which is nice. It did not affect our stay. We really enjoyed our holiday and would stay here again.

Well worth a stay

Such friendly and helpful staff. Really nice breakfast but elements of half board dinner let the meal down eg potato rosti turned out to be a frozen hash brown. The very cheap and nasty blue fizz that is meant as a bonus only leaves a bad taste in more ways than one. Overall a very good hotel for the money.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer in der 3. Etage mit Meerblick. Die Sauberkeit war i.O. Nur leider war bei der HP das Abendessen der separaten HP-Karte immer das Gleiche. Bei 7 Tagen HP wurde das ziemlich schnell sehr eintönig. Das Essen war erstklassig angerichtet , doch leider konnte der Geschmack der Optik nicht mithalten. Das Personal beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen war immer sehr angenehm und freundlich.
