"We had a great time! We loved our space although I don’t recommend the Sailor’s Room for tall people. The sloped roof made it hard to shower and kept getting worried about hitting my head while wandering the room. The staff were excellent in terms of communication and the breakfast that was included was amazing!!!"

"The hotel is located in the city centre, very close to everything ( beach, restaurants, shopping, the train station) . There is a nice Tapas restaurant really across, quite convenient. The hotel is new - or newly renovated, with nice , clean rooms, though small. The breakfast buffet was diverse enough; the only issue was the coffee machine ( being just one and a bit slow, a long line formed, as everybody needs coffee in the morning!). There was a hiccup w the AC ( due to miscommunication) . The reception clerk who checked us in gave us only 1 room key ( we were 3 people!) and failed to explain how to activate the AC in the room ( by mistake or on purpose? ) There were 35C or so that day so of course we wanted the AC working. After a few unsucessful attempts to make the AC work and a trip downstairs, where luckily someone else was at the reception desk, we were given a 2nd key and it was explained that 2 keys have to be inserted in the AC slot in the same time, to activate the thermostat. Finally, the AC started to do its job. I’d like to believe that it was a matter of the first young employee’s oblivion, not mal intent to keep us overheating just to save electricity!"

"The staff were very pleasant and professional. Property was well maintained. Our room was perfect and had a very nice terrace. Even though it was centrally located near the restaurants and bars, I did not find it loud. The AC was quiet. The only thing I can recommend to improve would the pillows, there was two decorative pillows and 2 pillows for use, I would have preferred 2 extra pillows for use instead of decorative."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week for a family wedding which took place at a nearby venue, with the welcome event for guests taking place at Eurostars hotel. All the staff at this hotel are amazing! From the reception manager Victor right the way through to reception staff, catering staff and cleaning staff. They are all very friendly and helpful and everything we needed or requested was dealt with extreme efficiency. There were a lot of children in our party and even though the hotel doesn’t have specific play areas or facilities especially for kids, the staff were all so helpful and attentive to their needs etc. What really stood out for us was on the day of the wedding, whilst looking after the young page boy and flower girls and in charge of getting them to the wedding venue. The reception team noticed that all the other guests had left for the wedding in their taxis and ours did not arrive. Reception staff Luz and Erica promptly ordered 2 replacement taxis for all of us but unfortunately there was a delay on the second taxi’s arrival and without hesitation Erica told us she would be driving us herself to the wedding venue and promptly went to the car park and collected her own car to get us to the wedding in time. In the meantime the second taxi arrived so Erica didn’t need to take us in the end. Thank you all again so much for everything. We really appreciated your concern and we all made it just in time to the beautiful wedding."
