"Excellent position for the beach, lounge a bit small compared to the big kitchen. Big parking area at the front of the house. Back yard small, not something I would use, it could have done with a lockable gate to put my paddle board and gear. I would to look to book next year."

"We had a wonderful time at Marimar. Knowing Rhosneigr very well, I chose the location for the access to beach and town with parking (vital in August) whilst still providing decent value. The garden is useful and private. Internally it's updated according to it's price and was presented perfectly with little extras like the games, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend."

"Nice roomy house , clean bedrooms and bathrooms, big spacious kitchen and lounge with lovely view of the beach . Excellent location in the middle of the village. A lovely spacious veranda off the kitchen with nice rattan furniture , but the area was not clean - cobwebs and bird droppings and the cushions for the furniture were dirty and stained . Cooking trays , crockery and glasses that we used all had to be washed before use."

"Dwylan was a truly lovely place to stay. The large sofa and the sofa and chairs in the smaller sitting room are so comfortable. The beds were comfy and the master bedroom had memory foam pillows that we now are looking at buying for ourselves. The master room did not have any wardrobe space, only drawers which was unusual, but not a deal breaker. There is some outside space, which is not pictured in the listing, there is an outdoor table and chairs, a washing line and a brick built BBQ area, alongside some astroturf. It is not large and could be improved on, but it was still good to have. The downstairs bedroom opens onto the garden as do the 2 sets of patio doors in the main living area. There is also a balcony upstairs with furniture, which was nice to sit out and have a read on. The kitchen was great, all the equipment you need to cook a meal, more storage than you are likely to need (we had a whole set of drawers for recycling, and there were still many drawers not used). During the week there are many planes flying over Rosneigr, having never been before I was not aware how loud these could be, and how frequent. However the closeness to the beach, the lovely shops and cafes and the whole feel of the place is just so lovely it is worth it and if you like planes you are in for a treat! I would absolutely recommend Dwylan to anyone and also Anglesey Holiday Lettings, the welcome pack was very much appreciated as we had no chance to get milk prior to arriving and didn’t realise the local shop shut at 9, so thought we couldn’t have a drink until we opened the box."

"Property was very clean and tidy with good facilities. The location was excellent with sea views and very short walk to the beach, although there is a large step down which less mobile may find difficult. Both showers were good and heating too. A couple of things that we found not so good were that sofas were a bit low for us and not very comfortable. One of the big issues is the positioning of the Microwave which we found to be very difficult to use especially when getting hot dishes out, felt quite unsafe to be honest. Another thing was in the garden. Our daughter visited and her small dog got through the hedge at the rear and ended up in another road which could have been a problem luckily we were able to catch him. If you do have a dog be aware Although there were some complimentary items it would have been nice to have had a couple of washing machine tablets, some cleaning products also to help keep the property clean. If we had known we could had took some with us instead of having to buy them all there. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a lovely holiday. I don't want this review to be negative as the items noted are constructive criticism."

"Bay view is in an excellent location, a short walk from the beach and the center. We had a lovely stay for our holiday in June , the weather was lovely which helped. The only thing that I would point out was that some rooms are looking a bit tired so may need a spruce up but saying that we didn’t spend all that much time in the apartment as we were out for most of the day - we will be back very soon"

"great views and lovely location. The property is being sold and clearly needs a loving hug. It will make for a beautiful home with someone giving it some care and attention. Great place for a short stay - no tea towels or soaps sadly but generally clean and tidy."

"We were slightly disappointed with the property. At 6'3" tall I found the main bedroom built in the loft space a real problem with the low ceiling. The stairs leading up to the bedroom are not great either. A very small garden and not quite the views of the sea that the property details suggest...a bit of artistic licence used. However, we enjoyed our stay overall."
