We enjoyed our time at the house! It was perfect for a small gathering of friends and close-by the grocery store and other shops. Would stay again!

Great stay!
We had a great time at Mystic Mountain. The house was clean, comfortable and charming. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by trees was lovely. Highly recommend this place!
Zig zag cabin with sauna and jacuzzi was a perfect place to relax at after a day hiking, sledding and skiing on the mountain. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for a family to all have space to relax.
Cute little cabin in the woods! The sauna is a little tricky to get to fire up, but works if you follow the instructions on the aire. The hottub was the highlight and everyone enjoyed it!

Wonderful Mountain Getaway
The cabin was in a great location, tucked back to provide a quiet peaceful retreat. It's about 10 minutes to Mt. Hood Skibowl and just minutes away from shopping and dining. The place was well stocked, and the communication was outstanding. We requested an early check-in, which they accommodated without hesitation. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus, after a long day on the mountain.
This place was great. They had a hot tub and sauna, both were very user friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and there was an indoor and outdoor fire place. Such a cozy escape
The place was ok but it was the middle of winter and the heat kept turning off, leaving us freezing. The kitchen freezer didn't work either so our food thawed. We loved the hot tub though.
Dog ate hidden rat or strong ant poison resulting in a transient seizure that required emergency visits to save her life. Still waiting for response from agency. Oven too small, floor vents falling thru, our 17lb grandson fell thru one in living room, stair case hazards with no handrail(obviously not to code), still waiting for response from local agency. Spa wasn’t working upon arrival, but was repaired the next day.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
We left early due to unsafe and uninhabitable conditions after a winter storm. The power went out 9 hours after arrival and remained off for several days. Power lines and trees were down on the road leading into the property and on all surrounding roads, including the highways. The cabin was not equipped for a power outage. Propane tanks were empty on arrival, and the backup propane heater did not work when a small tank was delivered. We were told not to use the generator, and the wood stove required us to purchase firewood ourselves despite dangerous road conditions. There were no flashlights, candles, or other emergency supplies available, and food began to spoil due to lack of refrigeration.Given the location and likelihood of winter storms in this area, the cabin was not adequately prepared for emergency conditions. We have asked for a full refund but upper management has not responded to our several attempts.
