"Family friendly ski-ing"

"Super accessible for the slopes and gondola at 1800. Ski-in/out was great and the whole place was well equipped. The only negative was the cleanliness of the cutlery and plates as it depends on the prior guest, we were likely unlucky on that regard, but everything else was great. Will be back 100% "

"Customer service was outstanding. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3* hotel. We ate at the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The dining room/breakfast room is more like a cosy salon bar than a formal sit down dining room. The hotel is located in the heart of the village close to amenities and close to the ESF meeting point. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it. "

"The location is excellent, just a very short walk to the ski lift, which makes it extremely convenient for families. The room was clean and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The childcare service appears to be excellent, although we did not use it as our children preferred to stay with us. The only downside for us was the limited food selection, which could be improved."
