"Very pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, clean room, available parking (pay extra), fantastic breakfast buffet. The location is perfect to explore the city center by walk and also very close to the Funivia Pila (4 minutes by car or 15 minutes by walk). We definitely recommend!"

The property is deep in the hills above Aosta.
There are no restaurants or markets. Nothing.
The charm of being there is that you can have a nice home cooked meal and breakfast in a 14th century building.
The beds were comfy with toasty blankets. We left the windows opened as the temps plummeted.
It’s worth taking a walk around the neighborhood. It’s altogether about a 1/2 mile but enjoyable.
