This bungalow, completely renovated and is located in a very quiet location in the forest. Surrounded by a beautiful newly landscaped Oriental garden. In this Oriental garden there is a private sauna, hot tub and guest house.Suitable for lovers of nature and wellness.

The bungalows are 40 meters apart. Also nice to book all 6 for 39 people for a family or friends outing.


Access for guests
Detached house with private Finnish sauna and hot tub. The sauna and hot tub are optional when booking for €60 per day. Are you coming with more than 4 people? Then for each person after that €15 pd. The package consists of bathrobes adult, sauna towels, wood, oil for the sauna and 1200 liters of water. The package can only be booked for the entire group. Wellness for only one day is not possible on the day of arrival, but it is available the day before check-out.


Room
The living room is located at the front of the house and has two large sliding doors from which there is a direct view of the beautiful Oriental private garden and the tranquility of the forest. You imagine yourself in a mirage with the beautiful lighting outside and the hot tub in front of the door. The fireplace can be lit, which also gives a cozy and romantic addition. From the sliding door you can go straight to the guesthouse.
From the living room there is direct connection to the kitchen, the two bedrooms and the shower room. The two bedrooms are also equipped with a sliding door and from there there is also a view of the beautiful Oriental garden and wooded area. You can also reach the sauna directly from the bedrooms, which is located outside at the rear of the house.
The bedrooms are closed to the ceiling and can be booked as a single bed or as a double bed. The guesthouse (third) bedroom is included from 5 paying guests. Equipped with ceiling fan, electricity, heating, WiFi and a folding desk with chair. With a view of the garden and you can directly reach the sauna and hot tub. The sleeping corner sofa bed with matras, has the following measurement sleeping space 80 x 180cm, 80 x 180 cm. There is still additional sleepingspace in the corner next to this area. The sleeping area dimensions are measured without including this corner space.

There are two parking spaces at the house, one of which can be used to charge your electric car. Charging point for an electric car has service costs for charging.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A CHARGING POLE.

Wifi is available for free and six city bicycles are available. PLEASE NOTE: these are
city bikes and are not suitable for long distances.

A high chair is available. A cot can be rented for €15 per stay. This includes bed linen and an extra mattress.
Other things to note to ensure that your stay at ZEN Bungalow is enjoyable and safe, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:- Attention is paid to whether the number of guests corresponds to the booking.
- We would like to emphasize that it is a wellness house, which means No parties, no loud music.
- Youth groups and student groups are not allowed.
- No parties. This property does not accept stag and hen parties and similar events.
- The bungalow can be booked from the age of 21.
- Any form of smoking is not allowed in the bungalow.
- No problem outside, just use the ashtray and don't leave any cigarette butts behind.
- Great to listen to music, but think about the neighbors. Between 22:00 and 10:00 a.m. it should be quiet outside.
-Pets and assistance dogs are welcome upon request and under certain conditions (see house rules). A one-time cleaning fee of €50 per animal applies.
- After request Assistance dogs are welcome, but there are one-time extras Cleaning fee of €50 per animal.
- Gourmet, fondue, deep-frying, airfryer and BBQ's are not allowed. We understand that you might want to BBQ but unfortunately that is not possible. To avoid being in the baking smell of the previous tenants or the neighbors in we have chosen not to allow this to happen.
- Do not damage the house, inventory and associated items with your deposit at stake, which after checking our Interior caretaker will be refunded if the house has no defects.
- There is a maximum number of places for 2 babies in this bungalow.
-The bungalow price is based on an occupancy of 2 people. After 2 people, there will be an additional fee.
-After reservation we will ask you to complete information to prepare the bungalow for arrival. Such as whether you want a 1-person bed or a 2-person bed made, et cetera, and we ask the main guest to identify himself to us though the link sent. We highly recommend that you also fill in the information about the other guests, as they will also receive the electronic keys and (direction) instructions. You won't have to rely on one phone for access and instructions.

Our guests can use the facilities of the adjacent campsite cap fun for a small fee:
Recreational lake with sandy beach, Tubby Splash slide, Unique indoor beach, Carabouille playground and a Play Castle.For access to the swimming pool and the Double Slide slides, the campsite asks for a small contribution. There are also nice restaurants and terraces on the campsite. The conditions and rules are determined by the above-mentioned company.
