"Very easy access to Logan by shuttle. Get a room with a skyline view of Boston. Nothing fancy here, but great if you have a morning flight."

"I had explained to staff at check in that I had a sprained ankle we were never told that the elevators would be out of order the next day. we were on the 5th floor and I had to go down the stairs with a badly sprained ankle which caused lots of pain and swelling. Had we known that the elevators were going to be down we would have requested to stay at a lower level. we asked for towels which took 2 hours to arrive house keeping opened the door with a do not disturb sign on the door while we sleeping. "
