Set inside Rethymno City, Deco Apartment is a renovation of 1950’s Residence. The original features of this 1950’s house were retained. It is 200m away from Rethymno's historic, shopping and nightlife districts and just a few meters away from the sea. The 41m² studio apartment can accommodate up to three people . Enjoy tranquillity, comfort and luxuriousness in this fully staffed studio that was fully renovated in 2017.

THE SPACE
Apartment Deco offers a superb location, on a beautiful neighbourhood complex, just a few minutes away from Rethymno old and new town. The apartment is situated close to all the facilities and services you expect from your holiday home; Ideal for friends and couple, as well as a small family holiday. It has been designed by the young and very promising architecture studio ‘5pointsdesign’ into a minimal, exquisite and state-of-the-art residence making reference on art deco.
LAYOUT
Entering the house you will find the lobby that leads you to the open plan area of the apartment. It consists the living, dining area, the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The open space has a direct access to the balcony with outdoor table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room with a double sofa-bed is provided with 42” HDTV and an old Grundig radio.

The house offers twice a week maid for cleaning/linen change. Except cleaning, with an additional fee our staff will be able to do the shopping for you, prepare breakfast & branch and serve you during the day time. Dinner can be also prepared. The space is tastefully decorated and the modern furnishings were carefully chosen, to provide an aesthetically pleasing experience and maximum comfort.
