Open and cozy 3-room apartment on the ground floor with bedroom and living room. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is open to the living area with sitting area and TV. Through the living room you enter the beautiful terrace with garden furniture where you can watch beautiful sunsets. Two bedrooms, a shower room with natural light, a guest toilet and a storage room complete the very good quality of this apartment. The house is only in early 2016 completed. For the first time we take guests on from April 2016! Be a / r of / the first people staying here.

The house Emilia is a beautiful new building of the until early 2016 in the completion. Each apartment in the house has its own parking space and a separate bicycle storage room. The house is built according to the latest environmental standards and equipped with modern facilities. The garden will be created in the spring 2016th The laundry in. 1 OG is equipped with coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Urlaub mit kleinen Abzügen

+ Toller Urlaub mit kurzem Weg zum Meer. Strandurlaub selbst mit Hund in der Nähe garantiert. Die Wohnung selbst war wie abgebildet beschrieben. Hell, freundlich eingerichtet und gut geschnitten. Parkplatz vorhanden. - Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht entsprechend. Dafür das die Wohnung erst wenige Jahre zur Vermietung zur Verfügung steht, waren im Bad deutliche Kalkrückstände zu sehen (sah nicht gut und wenig gepflegt aus). Bezüge an den Küchenstühlen waren sichtlich in Anspruch genommen und Schmutzflecken an weiteren Sitzmöbeln waren nicht schön anzusehen. Ebenfalls waren Löcher in den Gardinen oder beschädigte Plisseesvorhänge angebracht, die nicht mal vor fremden Blicken in den Abendstunden schützten. Auch das Kochzubehör wie Töpfe und Pfannen war stark in Benutzung gewesen, was dringend gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden müsste.

Insgesamt eine hübsche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in der Küche, aber ich hatte schon bessere Gesamtpakete... Bei Anreise am Wochenende ist kein Ansprechpartner erreichbar, das Büro ist montags bis freitags besetzt. Am Wochenende holt man den Schlüssel

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) waren mit unseren beiden Hunden für 1 Woche in der Fewo. Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die auch von der Lage her ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist. Sehr schön war auch die ruhige Straße. Ein kleine Anmerkung hätte ich dennoch, die Wohnungstür lässt sich nur sehr schwer schließen und es könnte noch eine kleine Kommode für Kleidung geben. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, könnte der Platz etwas eng werden. Aber ansonsten alles super 😉
