"Great location to everything you’d want in TROY.
Steps away from the Riverwalk with access to several waterfront restaurants. Bus stop right outside property. Location, location, location.
Large assortment for breakfast (included). Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, burritos, eggs, bacon, links, potatoes, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, all the toppings you could think of. Top notch. Great for hotel quality. Only thing I didn’t like was no coffee pot in room, but so many shops nearby. "
"We rented 2 units in the building. Both were as pictured, very clean and comfortable. James was great with communication. This was a last minute trip we planned and the booking/check in went ver smoothly."
"Communication with the host was great. My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. It was a great location for us. We were originally from the area and went back to visit family in Latham and Cohoes. It is less then 10 minutes to Cohoes, Latham or Troy. less then 5 minutes to the food joints we loved, Gus's hot dogs and Teds fish fry. (hit both if you are in this area.) There's a grocery store right across the street, a Dunkin's across the other street. The area is rougher then it was when we left. but safe enough to walk to the Dunkin or store without worrying about anything. This is a first floor apartment of a two story home. I don't think the second floor was occupied as we did not hear anyone while we were there. The AC worked great. We didn't eat to many meals at the home but it had everything we needed to cook when we needed it. (not much in the cupboards in the way of spices but the basics were there. Plenty of pillows sheets and blankets. There is a backyard with chairs and a barbeque, but we never went out the backdoor. "
"Exactly as described, comfortable stay for myself and my family and convenient location with plenty of free on street parking, as we were in town for a wedding and to visit family. "

"Clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication with the owner/manager was quick and professional. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone. We’ll definitely come back. "

"Everything about the property was perfect exactly as listed . Close to the fun downtown area but far enough away that the neighborhood seems pretty rough, but hey it’s Albany. The stay was awesome and if I ever come back this way I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again. "
Enjoy a stop at Oakwood Cemetery, a landmark worth seeing in Troy. Experience the acclaimed theatre scene and great live music in this family-friendly area.
