Host was very accommodating
Communication was prompt if not confusing a few times, but worked out in the end. We ended up in a different location than listed due to a listing snafu on the owner’s end, but she went the extra mile to make sure it worked out for us.
There was a surveillance camera in one of the sleeping areas which was a bit unsettling.
The alternative place we got came with a bonus swimming pool which was really nice.
The place was furnished and stocked as a primary residence for the owner.
The owners stayed in a small in-law apartment on the property very close by during our stay.

Renovo was ok
The property was conveniently located in town and the locals were friendly. The house was suitable for what we were looking for. Our only dislike was that we could not utilize the back yard for an evening fire. It was very overgrown with random rose and flower bushes making in uneasy to fit all of us. Also, I’m not sure if the grass or flowers were treated with some sort of chemical but both of our dogs got very very sick on the last day of our visit and three days upon returning home. (Chemicals are absorbed through the dogs pads.) overall our time spent in Renovo was relaxing and enjoyable. The house itself was also great.

Great home for a family gathering
A large clean house that was very accommodating of our large family. Tracy was very accommodating and helpful and always available should we needed anything. Would definitely use again.

Tracy the owner was so kind going out of her way to help us with my elderly in laws. Even left us a coffee cake. House is older but so clean and didn’t smell at all like an old home. very fresh. If we had one suggestion we would take the single beds out of the two rooms and put at least a full size bed in them. No child away from home wants to sleep alone in an unfamiliar place. Plus those two rooms were super hot without no air conditioners in them. other rooms were nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.
