Eugene’s property was in the perfect location to do all the things we wanted to do in the Reno / Tahoe area. The accommodations were quite good and communication throughout was excellent.
Very clean and modern house with large master suite. Large kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc and big table with plenty of seating for family meal.I would stay again!
My family had a wonderful stay & Eugene was very easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for my husband's fishing & and also easy for us to get to skiing at Diamond Peak. We loved being able to get downtown for dinner quickly. Also, the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.
Family met in Reno to have Thanksgiving at my son’s home in Reno. The was perfect for our needs. There was a bedroom for everyone and they even provided nice bathrobes. Easy checkin and checkout.
We had a group of 8 and the house had no shortage of space for everyone. Three king size beds were fantastic and so hard to find in a rental home. The new couch is fantastic!
Drove to Reno with my wife, 2 girls and 2 dogs. Had 4 friends meet us from Sacramento. Two stayed one night, one stayed two and another stayed at the Peppermill. House was great in a convenient location. Comfortable for everyone. Loved having a second fridge in the garage.
Son goes to UNR, receiving his doctorate and gathering of family wanted to come from out of state to attend. Great location, close to UNR, plenty of bedroom spaces for all of us and a big kitchen for us to entertain some of his friends in addition to our family. The house was clean, prepared for us and extremely pleasant for all of us.
We come up to Reno every year to celebrate my husbands bday and new years. This was the first year I have used Vrbo for our stay instead of hotel.
I’m so happy we did. The house was great. It was comfortable, clean and close to everything. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed on the nights we wanted to cook. And the owner was good at communicating with me when I had questions. Very happy with our stay.
6 adults very comfortable for a long weekend wedding. House is well appointed, kitchen is large and has everything you need - we cooked breakfast every day. Good location to get anywhere in Reno or Sparks. Nice neighborhood, very quiet and nice view out the living/dining room windows. 2 refrigerators which was a surprise. Nice little patio out back to relax if weather is good. Owner response was very prompt to couple questions we had.
Would recommend!
We rented this home for one week during the time of the annual car event, Hot August Nights. The accommodations were nice. The air conditioner worked well which was important to us knowing the weather would be hot. The home met our needs during our preparation for the event. The garage was important to us so we could safely store our classic car in there as we drove back-and-forth to the activities Reno had to offer. I would gladly stay at this home during next year’s event.
The property was perfect for our trip. Eugene was great about responding to questions and request. We celebrated our daughters graduation from UNR and the location of this house was perfect.
One thing, to mention, it says remove shoes when entering the home, but our shoes were cleaner than the floor. Please tell your housekeeping team to make sure they mop after every rental, the floor was filthy. Also please make sure they check the coffee maker, it was broken because a piece was missing from the actual coffee maker. We still managed, but it was frustrating.
Other than that, the house was beautiful.

Nice home, good for a family
We originally booked the house to accommodate 4 adults and 5 kids. We ended up only traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids. The pictures are beautiful and house is nice but it would have been a tight squeeze had everyone made the trip. The booking and check in were easy and location was good. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the barbecue. When preheating the grease trap caught fire and it took two adults to move the bbq away from the home to prevent a fire. We cleaned the overflowing grease trap after identifying the cause and were able to use the bbq. We did not complain about the issue but we did forget to move the bbq back and received a passive message from the owner after our stay. We explained the issue and apologized for not moving the bbq back and received no more communication regarding our feedback. Hopefully moving forward the cleaners will ensure the bbq is clean and safe to use.
