A comfortable, clean and convenient house! Located very close to shopping, restaurants and freeway access. Great central location in a safe neighborhood. My friends and I really liked staying there!

Great house with ample space!

This is a great house for big groups - there are four bedrooms and other options for sleeping as well! Great views, big back yard, easy parking. We also loved that the host labeled all of the cupboards and drawers throughout the house.

What we love about this house is it’s pet friendly, could easily communicate with host & reponds right away, multiple rooms & beds for big family, it has everything you need from bedsheets, blankets, pots & pans, cooking utensils, plates &cups set, shower gel, shampoo & conditioners, cleaning supplies, and some more things. We also love that it’s very close to Rancho San Rafael Park where the event was(the reason for our stay) its 8 mins drive as well as Downtown Reno. Close to Supermarket & gas stations about 2 mins away. It’s clean & very beautiful inside. Recommend

Family reunion

This house is great for multiple families. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy everyone. It didn’t feel crowded even with 8 adults 1 child and a dog. Great views of the mountains and downtown Reno. Benjamin is a great host. If you do need to contact him he responds quickly. We would stay here again. Thank you again Benjamin we had a great time!

Best host ever!

This house is awesome! All the beds are comfortable, have plenty of bedding, I have plenty of towels and pillows. Also, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. But the best part about this home is the host! He responds so quickly and we had a major issue and he fixed it right away! His communication skills were the best!!

Great location for Family gathering!

We rented this home for our sons graduation from UNR in May and we're very happy with everything! The communication with Ben was great, and he was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location was perfect, close to our son's house, and not too far from campus. It was very well equipped with everything that we could have needed, and perfect for all of our family with plenty of sleeping space down stairs, and three well appointed rooms upstairs. The backyard was spacious, with a fire pit, different seating areas, and a barbecue, which we did not end up using. Neighborhood was quiet, and we would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, easy access from i-80. Short distance to downtown and a supermarket just down the street. Access to the house was easy and the host was an excellent communicator.

Trip to visit daughter

Our group visited my daughter for her baby shower weekend. There were 6 of us and plentiful space. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy to get comfortable and minimal needed to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for groups

We stayed her for a volleyball tournament, and the place was amazing. Kids stayed downstairs and the adults were upstairs. The place was clean, labeled, lots of amenities, and easy to access from the freeway. Hoping to come back next year and stay!

Plenty of sleeping space.

Plenty of room for watching the superbowl and we cooked the time we was there so save us a lot of money not eating out. We will return in the summer time where the kids can enjoy a bonfire in the back yard. Thank you Benjamin.
