Great Place

Beautiful place and done to perfection. The owner/mgr. has everything set up and ready for travelers. All the necessities are there and the place is totally clean and a new appearance. We will definitely try for future bookings.

Quiet and cozy Reno home

This home was perfect for our Reno stay. I was instantly impressed by how clean and well stocked the home was. So many little thoughtful amenities down to fresh bread, butter, fresh milk, half and half, cereal and so many others! I also really appreciate the off street parking spot right out the back door. We arrived late, it was such a blessing the house was well stocked with complimentary items. There were snacks and coffee/tea/hot coco and simple breakfast items. The process of checking in and out was smooth. Perfect place to stay!!! Already booked for another stay.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

We travel quite a bit and stay at VRBO’s all the time. This is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed at. You can see all the thought and effort that was put into the property and everywhere you turned there was an extra. From the snacks to the toiletries to the pet area we were throughly impressed. Better than any casino room, and well located to all the attractions. We will be staying here again for sure!

Fantastic, immaculate, and cozy retreat

The host was very responsive and communicative. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well-appointed decor! The extra perks were very appreciated - coffee, eggs, bread and treats awaiting our arrival. Couldn't ask for a better location to explore the area and surrounding points of interest. Absolutely amazing place to stay! It exceeded our expectations, and is very pet friendly and welcoming. Extremely comfotable beds, many extra amenities. Very thoughtful touches and extras. Brownys for the win

Needing a pkace to stay while finishing clinicals for school, Brownys us well accommodated and a perfect little spot for my husband, infant, and our dog. Clean, stocked, and owners gice privacy while checking in to ensure the stay is going well. I had forgotten some items and had to have them delivered, this was no issue in receiving or in communicating with owner. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay in Sparks

Browny's house is completely renovated. All new. Beautiful. We were very impressed. Carolina brought us a few amenities we needed to make our stay ideal. She and her husband are wonderful, very attentive. The neighborhood street appeal was not what we had hoped but in the end we agreed it was a great location. We thank our hosts very much for a great stay.

Sweet Little Cottage

What a great little property. Very, very clean and such a great modern and cozy feel to it . Our host (hostess) thought of everything. From milk and eggs in the fridge to coffee and snacks in the cubard. ❤️. And super pet friendly if you have one. Easy and convenient to get to all of Reno's Top attractions and beyond. Heater and TV were a little tricky to work at first, buy I'm going to chalk that up to user error. But, this is an amazing home away from home and what a wondeful host. Hope to do business with them again soon.

Awesome Weekend Stay

Our stay was really nice. It was our first time in the Sparks/Reno area, and the house was in a perfect location, about 10-15 mins from everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet too. The place was extremely nice inside, with perfect touches such as bedside USB chargers. Our host also left us a loaf of bread, some eggs and oatmeal which was nice. The only issue we had was trying to cast our phone to the TV. It looked like it required a paid app, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we didn’t hang out at the house for too long during the day. Overall, incredible experience, easy checkin process, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I travel to Reno 1-2 weeks every month for work and have gotten tired of hotel life. Browny's house was a perfect solution! It's a cozy cottage updated with all of the modern amenities you could want. The decorations are pretty, and the furniture is all new, clean and comfortable. Special rave for the bed pillows...they are so firm & comfy that I had to ask the owner where she got them so I could order some for home! Speaking of the owner, she's left out no detail in this house - shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry supplies, snacks, delicious coffee, milk, eggs, bread, & breakfast items are all waiting for you when you get there. The house is cozy - this is not a place for big gatherings, but it's very comfortable for 1 or 2 people, or small families. The neighborhood is older, but quiet, and I felt completely safe. Parking is on the street in front of the house & there was always plenty available. Easy access to I-80 & main roads, about 12 minutes from the airport, and easy to get around wherever you want to go. I look forward to returning soon!
