"The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and cozy, we found the mattress a bit too hard though. The view from the balcony was breath taking day and night. The breakfast was good with plenty choices of food. "

"The hotel is a little remote, but it was an easy drive to Malpensa Airport. It's a well-maintained facility, although business seemed pretty slow during my stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating, giving an upgrade to make certain that wifi would be accessible in the room. It's located in the residential area of a small town, and I imagine that it would be a pleasant place to explore if one had more than a single night."

"Our lake view was magnificent. Well worth the extra charge. The restaurant was top notch, gourmet. Wine selection was excellent. Continental Breakfast was very good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location to visit the sites and grab the ferries was Ok. Beautiful area. Not crowded."

"The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly."
