"Great, short stay. Lovely spot. I had trouble finding it but that was probably me. It’s a great upgraded cabin. I chose it for a quiet winter visit. Owner was very helpful and accessible. Would be a great summer spot as it is close to the beach and if you have kids they could walk themselves and be very entertained. Does not have a TV, which is probably a good thing. Some visitors might want one. I enjoyed my reading and walking time. All upgraded and great lights. We really loved the walled in front porch. Even for a winter visit!"

"This was a cute cabin I stayed at with my father while on a cross country road trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. However, we would have appreciated a heads up about there being no towels! The door to the cabin we were in also did not lock. The listing also says sleeps 4 but although the couch is a pull out they do not supply blankets or linens or pillows for this. I really did love our stay here, and wish it was for longer. However, I do wish we knew these few things ahead of time so we were prepared."

"Enjoyed some relaxing peaceful days at the cabin. Can't beat the view! Amazing sunsets every evening! Special to hear loons at sunset time. Enjoyed kayaking around Betula Lake and nearby hiking. The well laid out kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our own meals and then enjoying with the view."

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Lazy Bear Cabin. Although it’s not right by a beach or mountain, the location was very convenient—just a short drive from the city and not far from Falcon Lake or White Hawk. At first, we were a little concerned about its proximity to the highway, but once inside the cabin, we couldn’t hear any traffic at all.The cabin itself is cute, cozy, and homey, with the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern touches. It was well-stocked with ample towels and bedding, which made our stay extra comfortable. We especially appreciated the added bonuses of WiFi and a hot tub—both of which made relaxing at the cabin even more enjoyable.The hosts were excellent, providing detailed information ahead of time and being available right away to answer any questions or concerns. Their attentiveness really added to the ease of our stay.Overall, The Lazy Bear Cabin was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed cabin not too far from the city."
