"As an American traveling with his wife and 3 kids, it is always a welcome surprise when the front desk persons speak English and tolerate my attempts at French. They were very kind. They understood and articulated the difficulties of driving in Rennes and so made good recommendations for amenities within walking distance. "Take care the picture of the hotel is a different building. The area is not great, we felt unsafe. The hotel inside is fine, the reception staff were excellent. But we feel very misled by the use of a random photo implying it was the hotel!"

"Having a train the next morning at 7am I needed a simple place opposite the train station without breaking a bank. The staff was very nice, the room on rather smaller side but comfortable and clean. Location was perfect and the price was very good in comparison to next door places. "
