"The property was clean and had lots of activities from pool, foosball, video games, corn hole, Frisbee, board and card games, etc. We never felt like we needed to leave. The host was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. There were six bedrooms providing a bedroom for everyone in our family including our married kids. The two main floor bedrooms made it easy for us to get our handicapped child in and out of bed. The view of the lake and surrounding area is awesome. This is a great place to stay."

"EXCELLENT! This is a beautiful, spotless, wonderfully furnished and thoughtfully decorated new home. We had 9 adults and 9 kids ( 5 families)and stayed 4 nights. The accommodations were perfect for multiple families as each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV and A/C -heater unit. The rooms with king beds had futons which were ideal for little ones and the 6 bunkbeds in the loft became the hot spot for all the other kids. They loved that space! The yard was amazing! Kids spent hours on the very fun, tube slide. There's also a basketball / pickleball court and huge grass area. Plenty of room for them to ride scooters and play games. The hot tub was very nice and was actually hot! (so many are kept lukewarm) The house had absolutely everything we needed. Very well stocked. We loved the amount of comfortable seating and tables both inside and out. The sofa in the basement is massive and perfect for a fun movie night. The office was a nice amenity for our working kids. Access to Ideal Beach was also great perk, just a 3 minute drive away with easy parking. It has huge sandy beaches, large grass areas, pools, playgrounds and miniature golf. The home is in a very peaceful area, surrounded by green fields with cattle and so many fun birds to watch. The hosts, Marcia and her husband, were incredibly nice to work with, responding immediately to any questions. Over the past few years we have rented 8 different homes in Bear Lake and this one was a clear winner with my family."

"The house was amazing. We enjoyed the front facing patio the most, spent most of our time on there. We greatly appreciated the hot tub, twice, and really just couldn't be more happy with our stay. On that note, the only thing that needs attention is making sure dishes are clean. We unfortunately had to clean every dish we used cause they were covered in a greasy film. Also, for those who are less informed, maybe a sign for the hot tub covers would benefit the longevity of your hot tub."

Garden City Cabin ~ 6 Mi to Bear Lake State Park!

"Stay was great and relaxing. Cabin is cozy and welcoming. The wrap around patio is fantastic to stand out on and enjoy the views of Bear Lake and Mountain Range. The lot is we'll maintained and has a lot of enjoyable amenities. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after we enjoyed the days at Beaver Mountain. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of options and complimented our stay. Would highly recommend this cabin!"

"Perfect property with amazing views! We have an annual bike trip with about 15 friends. This was ideal for the needs. We loved the views from the whole house, including the expansive deck. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the ideal beach pass. There were multiple tables and plenty of seating for chatting. Planning to stay in the future."
