"From the outside the home looks quite small. The interior however is a must see!!! Adequate beds, tvs, room to socialize and play games. It was a great place to stay at a great price. Host was amazing to work with. Would book again without hesitation."

"Our stay at Lake Effect Lodge was amazing. Property management was very accommodating, responsive with questions, and easy to work with. I mentioned to Adis that I was booking the Lake Effect Lodge for my retirement party as a gift to my family to show my gratitude for a lifetime of support throughout my career. When we arrived, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome card and small gift congratulating me on my retirement and offering their assistance to make our week there a special celebration. They go out of their way to try and provide an exceptional experience for their guests. The house is beautiful and in very good condition. We had oodles of room for our kids and grandkids with spacious bedrooms and living areas. The large deck was a favorite place to hang out, eat and relax. The new lawn with lawn games, and the playground were a big hit. The access to Ideal Beach with their facilities was a huge bonus. Our time at Lake Effect Lodge created a lifetime of cherished memories for our family. Thank you!"

"We loved our stay: the cabin was very roomy, clean and well equipped. It was conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, but a short drive into town and to the beaches. We really appreciated that the property was dog friendly, as we love to travel with our pups whenever we can and Bear Lake has some great dog friendly beaches. The hot tub broke down unexpectedly just prior to our arrival and they made sure it was fixed in time for us to enjoy it later that evening. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice home that can accommodate a large group comfortably! Well stocked kitchen, nice large screen tv’s, pool table, hot tub and fire pit. Air conditioning made the indoor temperatures comfortable. Having access to Ideal Beach Resort and a couple Paddle Boards added to our enjoyment! Beautiful view of the lake!"

"The place is amazing and our family had a wonderful time. Plenty of space and worked perfectly for us. However, we were very disappointed that the games are old and didn’t function well. The foosball table was unstable and almost fell over, the legs have been reattached and it was not level. The air hockey table - you could only score on one side and was very worn out. The double shot didn’t keep score, which was a huge bummer. The theater chairs don’t recline and are not hooked up ti electricity as they are broken -We had communicated with them about the games ahead of time and asked twice if they worked and they told us yes - so that was disappointing!However even with all of that we had a great time and plenty of room for our family reunion. We planned our own fun and had a great time. We loved that it was close to a park which we did a lot of family fun games there as well as a mit of time at bear lake."
