"For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff - fresh juices, yogurts, breakfast sandwich supplies, breads and bagels, cereal, grits, waffle maker. "

"Room was good but thermostat didn't seem to work well. Put temp to 66 at night, but it was still warm. Turned it down to 60 with no change. Very warm in room making sleeping difficult. Bed was a bit soft but that is a matter or preference. We actually stay here frequently when visiting family in area, and will stay again."

"The rooms reeked of smoke when they were supposed to be nonsmoking. Requested first floor because of 85 year-old disabled lady and was told it couldn’t be changed. Lobby at check-in reeks of smoke- employees smoking right outside of where you enter the lobby. Trashy."

"Did not stay for breakfast, thought it was a full egg, sausage, pancake style, all it had to offer was cold cereal, bagels & English muffins, bread. Our room was beautiful, clean, looks newly rehabbed!!!"

"Context: 1 bed, handicapt accessible, non-smoking room. Pros: Safe and clean parking lot. Very friendly and understanding staff. Adequate heating system. Comfortable and well kept furniture. Clean and tidy hotel rooms. Cons: Continental breakfast is lacking. Strange smell in small workout room. No fridge or microwave in room (One is available in a room adjacent to the hallway). Plaster on closet wall was chipped and broken exposing dry wall underneath."

"Came for a competition weekend, first off paid a lot for a room in which I didn’t get the extra sofa coach I needed, getting into our room took forever with the cards would show green then we couldn’t get in several times. Ran out of wash cloths, had to use hand towels as wash cloths. Room was clean, bed was decent. "
