"We love this property it’s our third time here but it doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. Both our sinks were clogged and the stoppers were dirty. The restaurant has gotten super pricey and the service charge is twice other hotels. Breakfast was good but very limited in choice and quantity. For the price we hope for better. "

"Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! "We had a beautiful stay at the Origin Lombok. The pool area was stunning and felt Tranquil and idilyic. There were great food options and was to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a 10minute drive to the main town, the reception team were on hand to order us taxi’s. "Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return. "
