Man gelangt dann in einen nicht besonders einladenden Innenhof, dann zu einer Wendeltreppe, als Handlauf eine lockere Kordel. Aussicht vom Balkon... man schaut auf eine Terrasse mit Sperrmüll. Heizung und Warmwasser gab es, trotz mehrerer Nachfragen nicht, wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Außer 2 Schlafzimmern und einer kleinen Küche, gab es kein Wohn bzw keinen Aufenthaltsraum. Die Wohnung ist technisch gut ausgestattet, dh Smart TV, Klimaanlage. Geräuschkulisse hält sich auch absolut in Grenzen, was sehr angenehm war.
