Apartment Bachem with Balcony, Mountain View, and Wi-Fi

Welcome to the cozy Apartment Bachem with balcony, located in the heart of the Burgundy wine village of Bachem, a district of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler on the Ahr River.



The apartment features two bedrooms and accommodates up to four guests. The south-facing balcony invites you to relax, and the dining area by the window is popular for its beautiful view. The bathroom offers a spacious shower and a wall-mounted radio. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need, and the host is happy to assist if something is missing. Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are included.



The bright, comfortable apartment offers lovely views of the vineyards and surrounding greenery. Located on the first floor, it has been lovingly renovated and adapted to guest needs. The house contains three apartments: vacation rentals on the first and second floors, and the host lives on the ground floor. The property is in a quiet traffic-calmed zone.



Washing machine and dryer are available for use for an additional fee.



A parking space for one car is provided at the house. There is secure storage for e-bikes and bicycles behind a lockable gate.



A bakery is just 100 m away, and the Dorfschänke Bachem restaurant is 180 m away. You can reach the vineyards in 5 minutes on foot, the Ahr River in 2 minutes, and the historic center of Ahrweiler with its medieval city wall, pedestrian zone, marketplace, shops, restaurants, and cafés in about 15–20 minutes. Bad Neuenahr is about a 20–25 minute walk.

Stilvoll eingerichtete, helle und ruhige Wohlfühlwohnung

Pros: Die Inneneinrichtung, der große Balkon, das niedliche Dörfchen mit Kirche und Dorfkneipe. Hier wurde ein wahres Wohlfühlambiente geschaffen. Auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Frau Sander kann in jeglicher Hinsicht als "Superhost" bezeichnet werden. Cons: Mir und meinem Partner hat alles gefallen.

Pros: Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Großer Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und Weinberge.

Die Ferienwohnung sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos - in echt noch etwas schöner. Es war unglaublich sauber, die Lage ist toll, der Blick vom Balkon in den Garten und auf die Weinberge ist einfach herrlich.Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet - wir haben nichts vermisst! Alles hat bestens funktioniert.Die Gastgeberin ist wahnsinnig nett und ansprechbar, zugleich dabei aber völlig unaufdringlich. Hier hat man seine Privatsphäre. Die Ruhe wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung Wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Netter und unkomplizierter checkin und checkout. Der Bäcker direkt um die Ecke ist sehr praktisch. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Ecke, aber die Altstadt ist nicht weit. Cons: Unschön war leider das Wetter, aber war ja auch März und die Wohnung kann nix dafür.
