"Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud."

"Our stay at Kayaam House has been the most fantastic. Everything about this place truly feels magical. From the kindness of the staff, the aeshetic of the place, the sound of the ocean right by the hotel. Everything was just perfect. Ashansa Lagoon Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel was excellent. Tucked away in nature looking over the lagoon and a 5 min walk away from a quiet beach. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was clean and very large with a balcony looking out over the pool. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant served a great dinner. The beach has turtles nesting and hatching at night time. Would come back!"
