The fantastic location has quick access to downtown Rehoboth Beach, restaurants, outlets, grocery stores, and Jungle Jim's Waterpark. The open floor plan offers a large living room with a gas fireplace looking out to your three seasons screened porch. The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless appliances, has a breakfast bar alongside a designated dining area. The first floor also offers a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a hallway half bath for guests. The second floor has three additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a second primary with an ensuite. There is also a loft area with full-sized futons. The Keys of Marsh Harbor also has a community pool for those days when you don't feel like leaving the neighborhood!
LOCATION: Keys of Marsh Harbor has on-site access to the community's private pool and tennis courts. The property directly borders Jungle Jim's waterpark, offering even more play opportunities! Across the street from home, the DART bus line and bike trail provide convenient ways to explore the area. This unbeatable location is less than two miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and beach access.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars and one overflow spot next to the townhouse.
AMENITIES: Two bikes with locks, paper product starter kit, central AC, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, hardwood flooring, gas grill, rear patio, and comfortable furnishings.
THINGS TO KNOW: Pets are not permitted, and linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. Streaming services are only available, no cable TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
