SOUL OF SAWGRASS - Spectacular 4BD & 3.5BA Townhouse - Sleeps 10 - Resort-Style Community

Luxury townhouse located in the resort-style community of Sawgrass. This townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,680 SF of space. The 1st floor has a full-bedroom suite including seating room, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor patio area. The garage has plenty of storage for bikes, beach equipment and even has an extra sink in the back for cleaning up before heading into the house. The 2nd floor offers an open concept feel around a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and large island perfect for entertaining.  The dining room has seating for 6 and just off the dining room is a small outdoor porch. The rear of the townhouse opens directly into the large living room with a gas fireplace and nice size deck overlooking the woods, perfect for outdoor dining or picking crabs. Three more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor.  The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom including standup shower and soaking tub. Down the hallway are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Rounding out this floor is the laundry room.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY:
Use of community amenities is included with rental.
Gated community with two Clubhouses, two outdoor swimming pools, two fitness centers, tennis, and basketballs courts.
Conveniently located just minutes from Jungle Jim’s Waterpark and Downtown Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk.
Short drive North (approximately 6 miles) to Historic Downtown Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry.

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bed spreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

Beautiful townhouse, great location

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, lots of cute decorations. My kids loved the pool and proximity to Jungle Jim’s and the stores. We are definitely coming back next year.

Rehoboth stay

Nice condo with plenty of space in a newer development that has pools and other recreation. Easy access to Rehoboth and Lewes but far enough off of Rte 1 to provide peace and quiet.

Great summer vacation

The town house was absolutely beautiful. Even though there are a lot of stairs between floors it was manageable being an older individual. Close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Nice pools and we met a lot of nice people.

Awesome Stay

Perfect home with plenty of space for ny sister and I with 4 kids. The home is beautiful and location was great! Access was an ease and convenient to many restaurants and stores. Most importantly the beach was only 15 min away.

Review of Sawgrass

Overall, it was a very pleasant week and a very clean home. We disked the distance from the beach but we knew it would be a drive. Upon arrival we had some initial issues with one key card not working, so we only had one functioning key fob for a few days before we could get a replacement, and we did have a large group of people, so we were worried about ensuring that we could all get into the gated community. The ice maker barely worked/ produced ice, and our garbage disposal was broken for a few days before maintaience could replace it, which meant that we had to hand wash all of our dishes because it was backing up into the dishwasher. Outside of these things, it was a lovely week, a nice community with nice pools. We had a great time!

Create Memories At This Beautiful Townhouse

This beautiful, spacious townhouse is located within a quiet development close to shopping and beaches. The decor in the townhouse could have been featured in the Better Homes and Garden magazine. Not only was it beautiful, but was fully equipped with everything a family would need. We were able to use the resort like amenities - pool, tennis courts and gym at no extra charge. Carl Frampton, from Sunset Rentals, was fabulous! He was always available when needed.
