Super Nice Home
Beautifully remodeled home with high-end appliances (Wolf, Sub Zero, etc) and furnishings throughout. Our 2 families loved the location — close enough to Rehoboth Ave and the Boardwalk/beach, but far enough away from the higher traffic areas when needed (and good for getting in our steps to work off a few calories). We spent a number of our mornings, and a few late evenings, on the very comfortable screened in porch. Very relaxing! Had one small issue and reached out to David — he responded right away and had someone come out and fix it promptly. One small thing is that there are a number of trees and plants around the pool so there is a fair amount of debris that ends up on the surface and the floor of the pool, but it was still great to have the pool! It was also great to have two parking passes available in addition to the parking spaces in the driveway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay there again. Beach vacay
The house was well appointed with luxury appliances. David was very responsive to all requests and questions. We only had an issue with the prior guests accidentally taking the extra parking pass but that was only a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again.

I’ll start by our title” Memories “
This property was absolutely amazing, the design was beautiful and comfortable and all of the appliances were top of the line, an absolute pleasure to use this kitchen!!!! The front porch was a relaxing area and the pool and backyard area was very well thought out and very peaceful… the accommodations were very comfortable, the bedding and furniture … we will surely be back, we made so many family memories at this property, my husband and I were the only guests but our children and grandchildren stayed in the pines as well. The property was so clean and David was very prompt in getting back to us with any and all questions we had!! He was awesome!!!!

Wonderful Experience
Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The house is beautiful; practically everything is new. The floors, especially, are gorgeous, and we loved the elegant details like the tray ceiling. The pool was super fun for the kids and adults alike. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings tasteful, and the location fantastic! Thank you, David!

Magnificent!

Lovely Vacation House
Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful house that was very nicely redone! Check in process was the easiest I’ve experienced and the owner couldn’t have been nicer and was so fast to answer any questions we had during our stay. We loved that the house was within walking distance to town and the beach and the kids really enjoyed the private pool and upstairs family room. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing property!!
Our favorite place we have stayed in Rehoboth. The property has been meticulously renovated. The back deck and pool area is amazing. The property owner was immediately responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation
This property is absolutely beautiful and suited our family 100%. We began each day sitting in the screened in front porch. Each bedroom is stylishly furnished with very comfortable beds. The upstairs living room is perfect for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped. Having two refrigerators and two washers and dryers is so helpful. Best of all is the beautiful in ground pool where we all spent a great deal of time. I could go on and on- this is the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in and it is perfect in every way. David, the host, was very good to deal with, answering messages almost immediately! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful home in great location
This is a beautiful home. It was recently renovated and the owners spared no expense. The finishings and decor were very nice and tastefully done throughout the entire house. The pool area with deck was perfect and the kids ended up at the pool almost every way. That pool/area was also quiet and private. I used the screened porch area at the front of the house a bit, shaded and had a good breeze. Just a nice area to relax and I found the sound of cars going by somewhat soothing. We had movie night on most nights in the family room on the second floor. The kids and adults loved this room. The location of the house is great. We were close to restaurants and walked down to the boardwalk (maybe 15 min or a little more to the boardwalk/beach). We basically walked everywhere. The house doesnt feel like your usual rental house. You immediately feel at home staying here. The owner really took the care and resources to create a house that families would really enjoy and feel at home. Staying here really made our vacation in Rehoboth special

Great house in a great location!
We just got back from our stay at this property. Great house in a great location! It’s about a mile walk to the beach and walkable to bars, restaurants and shops. The house has been newly renovated and they left no stone unturned. The house is beautiful! And David the owner has been super nice! He answered all my questions very quickly each time I sent him a message. He also let us check in a few hours early since the house was already cleaned and that was so nice of him! The pool does not get a ton of sunlight but it is very nice! I would recommend this property as your Rehoboth rental choice.

A one trick pony
The pool is lovely and well maintained. Rugs and furniture looked dirty including two bath mats that should have been thrown out. The A/c units were not sufficient to cool the house and were extremely noisy. When I noted this the manager said it’s likely because the filters are not changed! The noisy street is a throughway which prevented us from using the screened porch. We will not return.

Loved our stay at The Pines
This was our second time spending a summer week at The Pines. We love the location of the house - in walking distance to town, beach, and boardwalk. And especially love the back yard and pool. Adults and child were in the pool multiple times each day. Only negative aspect of our stay was the loudness of the window air conditioners - especially at night when they turn on and off to maintain the proper temperature. Made staying asleep difficult for some of us.

Perfect for a small family
This is the 3rd time we stayed because we love the place. It's secluded but still very close to good food, the park, and the beach. Having a fish pond, a pool, and being dog friendly is a huge plus. David is wonderful to communicate with. Thank you again for making our annual vacation just perfect.

This house was great for our family. Only real issue was a bit of mold in the air conditioning units. The location is perfect. An easy walk to the beach and so many restaurants. The pool and yard were beautiful.

Perfect young family getaway
This rental was perfect for our family. It's not huge or luxurious, but there was plenty of space for me, my husband, our 2.5 year-old, and 6 month-old. The pool area was actually larger than I expected, and we used it every day of our visit. Conveniently located near Dogfish Head's Rehoboth location! Just wish it was available for our dates next year!

Wonderful, adorable property close to everything but very private.
All I can say is, perfection! This adorable cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for me and my kids. Highlights were the screened porch and the absolutely amazing backyard pool. The property was close to everything and yet so private. Highly recommend!

Lovely and relaxing COVID-era retreat!
My family stayed here for 2 weeks in late June/early July, and it was a wonderful vacation. As others mentioned, the pool is a highlight - we swam in it every day, and our dogs loved lounging in the tall grasses surrounding it. Also, though the house is small, together with the grounds it feels spacious -- with 2 dogs, 4 adults, and 3 teens/tweens for one of the weeks, we had plenty of room. Fabulous location for the farmer's market, beach, town, bike path, and our favorite bakeries. Also a great walking neighborhood towards the cemetery with many very friendly residents. I loved looking at all the gardens. David is helpful and responsive. We hope to return to this property!

Perfect getaway for my little family
David was amazing to work with especially with the crazyness of the quarantine. Without knowing whether we could even go, David kept in close communication and was super understanding. End of School Year Beach Trip

Perfect little cottage for a family with pets
What a wonderful little cottage!! This was perfect for my little family of my guy, a baby that is almost a year old, and my older shy dog. Everything was within walking distance of the beach, shops, and playground, we didn't use the car at all once we arrived. The pool and deck was PERFECT, the rooms are all clean and have their own AC and cable, the screened in porch was where my daughter taught herself to walk while my pup lounged on :) looove the koi pond and the little banana trees in the back (too small for fruit though heh). Would love to stay here again next year!

Lovely home, excellent location
My husband and I travelled to Rehoboth Beach to celebrate my birthday. The Pines cottage was in a great location - we didn't have to drive anywhere - and the home had everything you would need for a beach getaway. We visited during the off-season so we couldn't enjoy the pool, but the back yard and outdoor living areas were still perfect. The host, David, was very easy to get in touch with and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and nice place that is close to everywhere
The house was impeccably clean and well thought of. The host was very quick, responsible and informative. Little touches like power and USB outlets on each side of a bed were something that even big chain hotels like Hilton could not even make available on all their properties. The location was also perfect and even walking distance for some convenient stores and other restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this place!

perfect blend of beach life and cozy home cottage life with a pool!
I ( and my three young boys) were lucky enough to stay 3 WHOLE WEEKS in this cozy beach town cottage! Not only is it in the greatest location (we walked everywhere. restaurants, boardwalk and shops), but the pool and privacy of this lovely beach cottage was beyond what we could have imagined. worth every penny. Thank you for renting out your home to the oh so lucky and providing my family with the perfect backdrop to a family vacation filled with memories that will last a lifetime. We only hope to find this home again next year!!! so much love and thanks lisa and the root boys an d dogs!!
