200 steps to the beach - walk everywhere downtown! Private location.

200 steps takes you to the boardwalk, beach and all the restaurants and shops Rehoboth has to offer. Well maintained and clean studio with a Queen Murphy bed and convertible couch to full size bed. Kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave and fridge. No pets or smoking. Minimum renter age of 25. Please note that linens (bed and bath) are not provided. Wireless internet and a TV with Roku available to connect with your personal Netflix, Amazon, etc accounts. Two residential parking permits to park at an unmetered spot in town. No parking in lot out front. Guests must purchase $79 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage.
Between May 15th -September 1st 7 night minimum, Saturday-Saturday. Short term stays welcome during shoulder and off season. Monthly and long term rentals available October-May, please inquire for rates and details.
Please report any damages upon arrival. If damages are not reported, they will be considered self-inflicted. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. Basic check out procedure includes tenant cleaning/returning dishes, removing food from refrigerator, returning pillows and blankets in place and removing trash to deposit in outside receptacle.
Owners are not responsible for injury, loss, theft and damage to your belongings, or self while at the rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property.

If you’re looking for a cute place to stay by the beach this is the place. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything and close to beach.

Great location, perfect little apartment

My wife and I had a great stay. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed as listed. Being so close to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown area was ideal. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was just big and well equipped enough to do some easy cooking. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rehoboth.

Lovely little apartment super close to the beach. Was perfect for the two of us and the location can’t be beat! The host was also super easy to get in touch with and replied fast when I had a question. It was very much appreciated!

Nice little condo close to everything in the center of Rehoboth. Circle on map not accurate.

The condo was perfect for 2 adults. Clean and comfortable. It needs better lighting for reading by sofa. On site parking a plus. Quiet considering the location.

Right in the heart of everything! Very comfortable. The only negative was sand on the wood floors. Chelsea was awesome with communication. I would definetely stay here again!

This property was conveniently located literally 500 feet from the boardwalk. Also please check out GreenMans cafe located right out in front it’s delicious. The photos of this unit had me thinking it was a two bedroom but it is in fact a studio with a bathroom

Great weekend getaway

Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants.

Memorial day weekend

Chelsea is a wonderful host! She is quick and very responsive. Her property manager is kind and also quick to respond. The unit is lovely and clean. You can't ask for a better location. Parking is always tough with these units so bring your best driving skills and patience. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic find -- great value for the money. So close to everything, but still quiet! Great for a solo traveler or a couple on a budget. I left my iPad behind and they contacted me immediately and mailed it to me and declined my offer to reimburse postage. Great value and I will use again!

Great place close to the beach

Place was clean and very close to the beach. Parking a plus! Great location. If you are looking for quiet time— don’t expect the early evening to about 10pm to be quiet. However, very quiet at night and morning time.

Amazing location with parking. Very easy walk to the beach, shops and dining. Everything you need is within a one block radius. The apartment was clean and updated with easy access on the first floor. The secure keypad makes access easy without having to worry about losing a key or keycard. The two beds are both comfortable and there was plenty of space to fit our family of four. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. Highly recommended.

When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way. Not ideal but worth it for the amazing location. I would go back here again. The location is perfect we loved it. And Chelsea was great to work with

Unhappy stay

This was the dirtiest unit we have ever been in. The windows have never been cleaned. We cleaned before our stay and that should not have happened! Wont ever stay again and I an surprised VRBO was involved.

Perfect for 2 seniors in June.

The proximity to Rehoboth Avenue and beach is great, especially Penny Lane where I can get my pastry before they run out. It is quiet in June. Only minor issue is the lighting. It hard to read at night and some bulbs were burned out with no replacements.
