On arrival, the desk clerk had no record of us coming. Had to show her the booking on my phone. Room was excellent and nicely renovated. No coffee maker as advertised. For the money a good value.

For the price would stay again

Very cheap and so would stay again if needed a place to rest for the night. Note that hotels.com says dog friendly and that it’s a $10 fee. In the end, they did honour this once I showed them, but they gave me a bit of a hard time saying that it’s not dog friendly, then calling the manager, then trying to charge me $20. They also charge $100 deposit and refund it back the next morning (…which is kind of weird - modt places just preauthorize the charge). When I said I was leaving before the office opened in the morning they agreed not to do this which was nice. But I’m pretty sure our room was downgraded (original room was crossed out on the key card holder).

While the room says non smoking , people smoke right outside our door ( I moved a very full ashtray further away ) Glad I always bring air fresheners ! Due to bad weather we had no hot water to shower for 2 days and out Tp was not refilled and we went to check out at 7 am but no one was in the office till 8

Amazing value. The room was large and quiet. A mini- fridge and microwave were in the room. The TV worked well and had a variety of channels to choose from. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for a morning shower. The air conditioner worked well. The hotel is definitely dated, however, for the price you would be hard pressed to find better value. The location is convenient just off of Victoria Avenue.

Rooms are nothing like the pictures on the site. Very old dirty and rough rooms. Smelled bad had holes in the wall and the door had been damaged and repaired poorly.

DONT GO HERE THEY HAVE LITERAL COCKROACHES. Yes they refunded me the nights I didnt stay but they STILL HAVE COCKROACHES. this is absolutely disgusting and despicable. Makes me sick. Nothing is clean and the place smells like mildew and mold. The rooms are non smoking but I still see tons of burn marks and cigarette holes in the carpets.

The room was dirty. The lamb was broken. The floor was wet. The ceiling was leaking. The staffs were rude. No water provided, not even a kettle. And I kept being warned about “if you forget to leave your room keys at the room before you leave, we are going to charge you.”
